The T.E.A.C.H. Pathway, formerly known as the Teachers of Color Pipeline (TOCP), is a transformative teacher pipeline initiative intentionally designed to cultivate a diverse generation of educators. TEACH not only empowers students but also serves as a dual recruitment model, supporting both Grow Your Own (GYO) future educators and attracting outside candidates to the teaching profession.
